Scaling in periodontal pocket at depths of 7mm under dental microscopes

Hello everyone !ჰ❛‿❛ჴHello❤

I'm Naomi , a Japanese dental hygienist.

I uploaded the picture of micro sub gingival scaling to You Tube.

It is a case of 7 mm of periodontal pockets this time.

The old paper is said like this.

Waerhaug J:Healing of the dento-epithelial junction following subgingival plaque control. Ⅱ. As observed on extracted teeth. J Periodontol,49:119,1978
The chances of removing all of the subgingival plaque from all four surfaces are fairly good if the pocket depth is less than 3mm. If the pocket depth ranges from 3 to 5mm the chances of failure are greater than the chances of success, and if the pocket depth surpasses 5mm, the chances of failure dominate.

I think that there are some problems.
At first, an instrument does not arrive, and we can't treat certainly.
Because

I can't see the inside of a pocket.

If we can see the inside of a pocket using a substance dental microscope?

I think that the dental microscope will change an oral hygienist's history.
